Life OS Refund Policy

1. Overview
By purchasing the Life OS Dashboard (“the Product”), you (“the Customer”) agree to this Refund Policy in full. This policy forms part of the Terms and Conditions accepted at the time of purchase. All refund requests are subject to the conditions outlined below. No exceptions will be made outside of this policy.
2. The 14-Day Implementation Guarantee
We offer a 14-Day Implementation Guarantee, not a 14-day “try it and return it” policy. This guarantee is designed to protect customers who genuinely engage with the product and do not see value after full implementation. To qualify for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met within the 14-day window since purchase.
3. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a refund, the Customer must satisfy every condition listed below. Failure to meet the criteria will result in the refund request being denied.
3.1 Complete All Onboarding Modules
You must complete 100% of all the "Life OS Dashboard" modules in the Skool Classroom (all videos, written materials, and actions), tracked via Skool. Anything less than 100% is ineligible.
3.2 Attend the Free Setup Call
Book and attend the complementary Setup Call within 7 days of purchase. You must attend (not cancel or miss or reschedule beyond 14 days). We verify all calls.
3.3 Fully Set Up and Personalize the Dashboard
Your Life OS Dashboard in Notion must show genuine use, including:
- Vision Statement filled in
- At least 3 identities
- At least 3 goals
- At least 2 projects linked to goals
- At least 5 tasks
- Rating inside Areas of Life
- 3 habits tracked
- 3 journal entries filled in
Placeholders or default text do not qualify.
3.4 Submit Request Within 14 Calendar Days
Email your request within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, requests are denied regardless of circumstances.
Refund Request Process and Review
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, email contact@chrisnotion.com with the subject “Life OS Refund Request” and include:
1. Full name and email (from purchase)
2. Date of purchase and proof of payment
3. Screenshot of all Skool modules complete (with profile name visible)
4. Confirmation of Setup Call attendance (with date)
5. Screenshots of fully set up Life OS Dashboard, showing all key sections populated
6. Shared Notion template link (view-only access)
7. A ~100-word explanation of why the product did not meet expectations
Incomplete submissions will not be processed. We will notify you of missing items, but the 14-day deadline is firm. The Customer is responsible for timely, complete submission.
5. Refund Review and Processing
All requests are reviewed within 5 business days. We verify all claims, Skool completion, Setup Call records, and dashboard content. Approved requests receive a full refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. If denied, we will provide a written reason.
6. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds are NOT granted if:
- You don’t complete 100% of onboarding
- The setup call isn’t booked or attended within the required window
- The dashboard is not fully set up or personalized
- Request is submitted after 14 days
- Any documentation is missing
- Reasons are only “changed mind,” “didn’t have time,” or “forgot”
- Product was bought just to copy or resell content
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
You must follow this refund process before filing a chargeback or dispute. Chargebacks filed without using this process will be contested with full documentation. Fraudulent chargebacks can result in permanent bans from all current and future products, and all onboarding records may be submitted as evidence.

- Understanding that this is a conditional guarantee, not unconditional
- Agreement to follow the refund process before any external disputes
- Awareness that this policy was shown and accepted at purchase
